PeakFuel Performance Hydration drink powder contains a mix of real fruit, carbohydrates and electrolytes to refuel the body during exercise. The raspberry flavour contains caffeine. Many drinks are too sweet to be used in performance situations, resulting in them being diluted down along with the electrolytes, but PeakFuel's Performance Hydration has been specifically formulated to avoid this. The drink when used at the recommended concentrations will not only taste great but assist performance.
