At Velo City, we want your new bike or gear to reach you quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Free Shipping Threshold
We offer free standard shipping on orders over NZD $150. Orders under NZD $150 incur a flat standard shipping rate at checkout.

Bikes & Bulky Items
Bikes and large, heavy items and are subject to a separate freight rate due to their size and packaging requirements. This rate will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
- Please note that our bicycles are not able to be shipped directly to customers due to their international warranty protocols, and need to be shipped and assembled by an authorised dealer. This will incur extra assembly fees on top of the bike and freight charges.
- Bulky freight applies to repair stands, bike bags, racks and full-face helmets and oversized accessories.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays.
Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 12:00 PM NZST are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM NZST will be dispatched the following business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery directly with the courier.
