How to use:

• 2 sprays under the tongue 20 minutes before bed.
• Repeat on going to bed. Repeat again if still awake in 20-30 minutes. Use in the night if needed.
• Busy Brain in the night: 2 sprays under the tongue. Repeat in 10-20 minutes as necessary.
