Get started on your mountain bike journey. The BIG.SEVEN 40 uses our latest aluminium frame with agile 27.5" wheels to give a tough but lightweight base for high-value, high-performance kit. With updated geometry and a 120 mm air-sprung fork, it's a confident off-road machine that packs in versatility for everyday use, while Shimano's CUES 1x9-speed drivetrain and the hydraulic disc brakes are simple but effective.

When it comes to the demanding world of cross-country mountain biking, the classic hardtail remains one of the purest tools for the job. Our 29er wheel equipped BIG.NINE range comes with the choice of carbon or two different aluminium frames to deliver a ride for all budgets. The latest CF carbon and LITE aluminium framed BIG.NINE offer truly modern geometry with increased standover clearance and handling stability to better deal with the tough race tracks of today. They also have downcountry ready TR options that boost fork travel and add in aggressive tyres and dropper posts. For riders starting out, the updated BIG.NINE TFS offers more relaxed geometry and builds that deliver great value and versatility on or off the trail, with BIG.SEVEN TFS models using 27.5" wheels to deliver size for shorter riders. Our classic XC hardtails are the backbone of our range and showcase the enormous wealth of experience and knowledge we have gained in over half a century of bike production and manufacturing. Due to international policy, all bikes purchased online must be shipped to an approved bike store for professional assembly by a qualified bike mechanic—they cannot be delivered directly to your address.
